The bill (Reg. No. 8415) increases the rates of fines for the violation of laws on forest resources protection, and amends clauses 64, 65, and 65-1 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.

The bill introduces alternative sanctions, such as community service for administrative infringements. Apart from the educational function, such administrative penalty as community service makes the infringer reimburse the damage inflicted to the society and the state.
